The staff from the front desk to the Veternary staff, they are welcoming, kind, caring, and generally very loving and professional to your pets as well as you. They spend time educating you, the pet owner, in the immunizations they recommend and what services may be needed, etc.
My cat Casper had a very serious breathing infection. The staff n Vet were fantastic. They listened n really cared about this situation and provided exactly what was needed. Explained in common English what was wrong, what was needed and the treatment was exactly what it took to get him back to his old playful self! Thanks so much you’ve made a client for any of my animals needs!!!!!
I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!! Oh my gosh, this place was a god sent for me. I took my dog to a different vet in Punsky, we were treated horribly and so was my dog!! Long story short, my dog had a 105 temp the other vet was rude and sent us home with meds without seeing what the cause of the fever was. I called this vet when I got home and they said I needed to bring him in right away. So of course I did, and wow, the difference was night and day!! They r great
Love this place, they are great with my animals. They do there best to their abilities and beyond. Years ago, I brought in my daughter's hammy, she was sick. Though the Dr. Didn't normally see such small animals, he still treated her and saved her life. I continuously bring all my fur babies here. I recommend!
