Equipment worked as should, no issues with it at all. The employees at the counter, a absolute joke to deal with. From being extremely rude and arrogant to not informing the customer of all policy’s and hidden fees. Was charged a additional 37$ after returning it. Was called at 8:15 in the morning by a rude employee, where’s our lift at due back at 8!? This was news to me, I was told Friday to Monday when I came to pick it up. No specific times! Very rude when calling to ask questions. Make sure you return at least 15 minutes early or they will charge you a late fee. Make sure you ask on exact times for drop off they will say "in the morning" and won't tell you a time just to get the extra money from "late fees"!! All equipment seems to be dead when rented so make sure to have time to charge things before you use any of there equipment. Or go somewhere better that cares about what they do and their customers that are paying!
