Brookville Lake Estates- in Brookville, OH- sounds wonderful in theory and in “reviews” by the owners Stuart and Marilyn Cole or other Cole family members- the reality is different. There is supposed to be communication between renters and “landlord” to build a rapport and trust, that people are living in a safe family community. Thank goodness for the local police for doing what they can to document the ridiculousness that is going on out there from people walking around drunk with loaded hand-guns, people shooting off fire... read more
