My time with Brookville Home Care has been wonderful. The caregivers really love their work and are always professional and on time. Whenever I need additional help or changes to my schedule, James, is always on call to update the schedule. I have worked with other agencies, and Brookville is far the most competent and reliable.
Brookville Home Care provided an utterly appalling experience for my family. My loved one was subjected to dehumanizing and abusive treatment by the staff, who displayed shockingly foul behavior. They were not only degrading but created an environment of fear and neglect.
