Great job with oil change and tire rotation!
My transmission gave out at Love’s and I managed to make it to the dealership. No appointment, but I was out of state and needed urgent assistance. They diagnosed, ordered the parts, and replaced my transmission promptly, professionally, and were very friendly. I thank all involved at the dealership for their fine service, especially Lori in service.
Our Parking Brake is not fully disengaging. How do I know? I can feel the brakes catching. I have OnStar emails telling me there's a problem. The car is telling me the Parking Brake needs servicing. And, since the brakes are grabbing, the car is, at times, saying the transmission needs servicing. So why the 1 star review? I tell them what's happening and drop the car off at 9AM.
