Made an appointment over the phone (not this location) and told the woman I needed an appointment in Brookville. Not only was she unprofessional but she also made it in Punxsutawney. The staff here were very kind and professional about the misunderstanding and tried helping. Also, love my therapist she's amazing.

I wish I could leave no stars. Staff do not care about you. They lie to your face about not receiving calls even when you have unmounted proof to show you called numerous times. If they do call you back, it’s days later and you can never get a hold of anyone even if you return the call right away. There is no continuity of care. They switch your therapist around at least twice a year with no reasoning for why. Jan never calls for appointments on time, she is at least ten minutes late for a five minute call. I had a therapist with this company for 8 years and I can’t even explain how much not just the therapist that helped me but the company as well. I recommend it for children and adults!
