Have a lawyer ready! I've been waiting over 2 months for plates and title, they only respond when threatened with legal action. There's responses are vague, I've been hearing the past 2 months "we are working on it" they have not provided any evidence that they are. They are called CROOKSVILLE for a reason. SAVE YOURSELF!!! DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!
DO NOT USE!!! I got my car from them 3 months ago and still have received the plates or title. They keep telling me it is their priority and working on it but 3 months later and I still do not have my plates.
Service was great. Gedalya was such a help. And joe was great with the delivery
