I originally rated this vet 5-stars, however, we have had the worst experience with them over the past year. My dog has had a persistent issue that required specialist visits, emergency vet visits, etc. To get in contact with the doctor at this clinic is nearly impossible. When we do finally get in touch with him, the communication between the receptionists and doctor is non-existent and has caused several issues. Make sure you check pricing on meds or services in the area and online first. In less than a year they raised the price of my dog’s monthly meds over 40%. I found the same meds on chewy for $100 vs the $180 I’m now being charged.
We’ve been taking our pets in this facility for more than 4 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Two weeks ago our dog had a bladder stone surgery and Dr Daniel Chestnut went above and beyond in making sure our dog had the best care she needs. Thank you Dr Chestnut, you are the best! We are happy of their service!
I loved my previous vet but due to a relocation have been searching for a new vet for several years. I think I have found a great clinic, Brookville Animal Hospital in Bolingbrook. I am very impressed with. Dr Chestnut. He was gentle and calm with my very frightened formal feral cat and accurately diagnosed the situation. He took his time thoroughly examining my cat and listened to my questions and concerns. I would definitely return.
