I took my dog here when I first got him and it was super close to where we lived, we have moved since then but still take the time to drive out to Bolingbrook. The team is great at working with my very reactive dog, whether it’s for vaccines, checkups, or surgeries! They explain everything thoroughly ahead of time so you always know what to expect when you get the invoice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet in the area!
The staff with whom we interacted (at front desk, in the exam room, and then Dr. Johnson) were very professional. My 8-yr-old dog was clearly scared and anxious, yet they worked with me to get him through the exam. I have been bringing him to Brookville in Bolingbrook since he was a pup, and I will continue to bring him there. Highly recommend!
Expensive, private equity is expensive. Edited 4/30/26 I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Lehal for over 20 years. I usually wouldn't question the bills over the years. But over $1100 for 15 minunts of face time, no surgery, just tests and cheap meds was a bit much. It didn't take long to find out why. Brookville has partnered with Carevet, a private equity firm that raises prices to a standardized rate.
