All the reviews says they treat you like family except I overheard the staff that had their family show up getting chewed out for their kids being kids. I would imagine that all of these residents have had children or grand children and im sure they enjoy seeing the energy of a joyful child but apparently family only applies to residents and not staff.
My parents are in this facility and they have been interacted with by a Marissa L. They have told me that she is constantly on her phone and almost always smells of marijuana. I will be removing my parents from this facility.
My wife, Melissa and I absolutely enjoyed our short stay. Staff is exceptionally caring and attentive to any needs. Also others at the facility are friendly plus caring. If looking for a great senior environment, this is the place!
I love spending time with.my friends at the Quiddler table. Never knew there were so many 2 to 4 letter words! We sometimes have fun looking up the meanings. If not referring to a man's name; what is a jake?
