It's almost August and the pool is closed...actually a green disgusting pool!!
I hate it here. Bad management and the skinnier maintenance man is beyond rude. I think they forget they work for us. They don't care at all about any problems residents have.
Stop! Worse Place You Can Rent!!!!!!!The apartment suck! It looks nice when you first get in, but with the months you really get to see what is wrong. I have finally survived my years lease!!! cant wait to move from this place. here is a heads up for future brook valley apt tenants.. the rent is never the same from month to month, the water and sewage are never the same amount, because the water and sewage are divided among the apartments...(thats what mgmt told us) we could never get a straight answer..the office doesnt know anything!!! they have to ask corp!!! hidden charges also.. you will find a 3.00 per month pest control on your rental statement but you must request ... read more
worse place ever. plumbing has problems, horrible nosie, neighbor had a car stolen and got his place broken into and management wouldnt even board it up!, my car got broken into as well, they tried to hot wire my Bug. they have cursed out my parents and me, 7yrs old boys do not need to be out at 1am curing, my parents had to help me redo the place paint, add tile, carpeting, etc. it took them weeks before the fixed upstairs water leak in to mine. we love living here, the office staff and maintence staff are wonderful and friendly....they have pest control in your apartment, wish they would do the same outside too!! We have an ant problem here, and wish they would do the pest control outside too is all....thanks and have a great day..
The maintanence staff are unfriendly, the office staff are forgetfull and the playground is too small and to close to the road. There is even a pond right behind it and a sign that says beware of snakes?! The complexes saving grace is the fact that it is clean and the other occupants are usually quiet and respectful of noise levels. It is also afordable. No three bedrooms on the property though.
