One of the absolute worst for admin. They routinely fail to apply the right Medicare rebates to the right person, don’t apply it at all, fail to remind or mislead patients of the conclusion of their mental health plan resulting in charges as a private patient , rarely answer the phone and when emailed of the ongoing errors there response in part are snide and non acceptable in the face of clear evidence. I would absolutely avoid using this practice except that the actual practitioners are pretty good.
Highly recommend. I've seen a few psychologists in the past, but none have helped nearly as much as Tabitha has helped me.
