Awful practice, badly run, worst service I've ever encountered on the NHS, impossible to get an appointment they even refuse to see seriously ill children and babies. Pathetic protocols that will seriously harm patients. You're not even allowed to call them for an appointment and they refuse to book appointments past the week you are calling in and will tell you to their online contact form again the next week ( which is only open between 7am and 10am, after that you are screwed and forced to attend a hospital) and then agai... read more
Totally useless place it's better to just go Aand E where you will be treated same day.
Utterly useless GP practice. I've been trying to get assistance for over a year regarding medication I need, only to be fobbed off. When I was finally able to get Dr Moorcroft to recommend something to help, I was told by a nurse it couldn't be prescribed. The practice seem determined to keep putting my health, as a diabetic and transplant patient, at risk. After I booked appointment and received confirmation from the clinic for appointment date and time, I booked day off from work to attend it, I reached the clinic 15 mins before appointment time as been recommended, but I was surprised that the appointment was cancelled without notifying me. Literally the worst doctors I’ve ever been.impossible to get an appointment.when you get to speak to one of there doctors they’re rude af and don’t have a clue what they’re going on about.only expect to speak to a rude doctor though if you can get past the guard dogs answering the phone
