Long story short I don’t recommend buying from here. Bought a brand new patrol paid the money I was told the car was ready to be picked up on the tues I went on the sat to pick up to find accessories which were paid for hadn’t been fitted. Chips in the paint on the drivers door and front guard. Steering wheel shaking bad at 100kph. I was told everything would be fixed first service at their other dealership that was a lot closer to where I live. Accy, George & the whole Nissan Brookvale Team were friendly, professional & really knew their stuff. From start to finish I felt looked after without being pressured. Their vehicle & financial knowledge was excellent. I would have no trouble recommending these guys to anybody looking for a car purchase or upgrade.
I took a Jeep Grand Cherokee a few weeks back and the car was kept well and in excellent condition. Hopefully no issues moving forward 😄. They managed to arrange me an extended warranty which was satisfactory.
