Recently purchased a new vehicle (traded an older model). The process from initial contact with Lance in Sales through to pick-up was great - communication as the various steps was clear and timely, questions were answered (by phone and email) promptly. I recently bought a Mazda 3 Hatch from Brookvale Mazda and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience and outcome. I was assisted by Liz Martin who really knew her stuff about Mazdas and was extra helpful with demonstrating the car's qualities and answering any questions I had. Her service was exceptional. Liz and her team were very professional and made the buying process extremely easy and I got a good deal on pricing and my trade in. Overall a great experience.
