Had carpet installed in 2023 and was exceptional. Sadly our experience in 2025 was not the same. Our skirting boards now need repair and we have had the installer back twice to fix up the installation. The shop doesn’t follow up once the installer has come back they really palm it off. We are still not happy with our installation and I wouldn’t use them again.
No RUGS in store, only online
We recently purchased flooring for our kitchen and love to see the results. Their recommendations fit so well and price is quite reasonable. Definitely contact them again if needed.
