Corina & Ross are a dream. They took the time to take a proper look at my GTI’s coolant leak (unlike previous mechanics), even sending photos so I could see exactly what was going on. So refreshing to find a good mechanic who doesn’t treat young women like they know nothing about cars. Now have my next service booked here too - would recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic on the northern beaches!
Highly recommend - Ross and Corina are capable, honest and will go above and beyond to help. I had my Subaru serviced here and they take their time to make sure I understood what was being done / what was needed. They are always very fair and transparent with pricing and will explain any costs to you and make sure you are comfortable before proceeding. Would recommend to anyone. Also the two cute puppies who greet you are a bonus!
Could not love these two more. Ladies all go here! After being quoted $2500 in a big brand place at the other end of the street I went here and they did the work for a fifth of the price also because much of it wasn’t needed and they were honest and transparent. The lovely couple even taught me about the car giving me a guided tour when it was up on the lifter thing to ensure I understood. Never have I been treated so well as normally I’ve always felt taken advantage of for not knowing about cars. I’ll be back!
I honestly can't recommend Brookvale Automotive enough. As a woman finding a mechanic you can trust can feel very intimidating. The team at Brookvale Automotive changed all that, they are always so honest and upfront. They explain everything so you do not feel you are being taken advantage of! If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic this is definitely the place to go!
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to Ross at Brookvale Automotive. He took the time to properly diagnose an issue with my van that several other mechanics couldn’t find. The difference is night and day — my van is now running better than it ever has. Professional, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ross to anyone looking for a mechanic they can actually trust.”
