Opening hours online state saturday closing time as 11:30 am ! Turned at 11:07am to employee locking the door and stating he can't possibly open up for us to grab the 2 things we needed! And was told they can't update the online hours! Terrible customer service amd bad attitude from staff

A course in Customer Relations is most definitely required at this store. As a business ourselves, we used to spend anywhere between 150K to 500K annually at this store but over more recent years, we no longer spend anywhere near that sum simply because of the derogatory and insulting manner in which we are treated by members of staff in the Brookton store.
