Went on my lunch break to see if they could take a few minutes to replace a broken piece on my hearing aid. Was told no, I had to come back during open hours. I asked if I could leave my hearing aid to be fixed and pick it up after work. Was told no, but I can ship it off for repair. These are my ears. I work full time and am not a retired elderly person. So now my option is to mail my hearing aid to god knows where, and without my hearing aids for weeks at a time until they send it back to me. Thanks VA. The person at the a... read more
So far the medical team i was assigned is taking very good care of me.
Needed hearing aids fixed. Called Lecanto VA and they said i had to call Brooksville. Called Brooksville to make an appointment to fix my hearing aids and was told no appointments, walk in only. Drive down to Brooksville VA clinic 45 minutes, check in, and told "you need an appointment". Waste of time and no respect for the Veteran and his time. ***Update: After getting an appointment and going back, was treated very well by the clinic, so I raised my review to a "3".
