Kyle was amazing in helping install our new TV! We did have an issue with the bracket for the new tv and Kyle went out of his way to fix it. Thank you so much Kyle!

Misrepresented TV for sale. Brooksville TV was selling a Samsung 85" Neo QLED they represented as new in the box and covered by the Samsung warranty. I checked the serial number with Samsung and turns out the warranty had expired 14 months prior.

I called this shop to give them a tv that I replaced. I offered it because the on/off switch needed repair and thought they could fix it and sell it. I did not want any money for it. The man in the phone was rude and obnoxious to me. He told me that I should have bought a new one locally (I live in Spring Hill) and they would have disposed of my old one. He said that I learned my lesson. I did not want to trash this tv as it plays well. I hope if you have to deal with this shop that you are treated better than I was.

My 15 year old TV died on me and decided to visit this place to get a new one. No regrets a top notch place and Ann greeted me and showed me various options. I chose a small one and she asked me if my stand can hold the TV and suggested I get a mount to hold the TV which I did. A few hours later the TV was delivered by Kyle an extraordinary technician who installed the TV and gave me some lessons on streaming....etc. Wish I can remember everything. This place is the best and thanks again for an excellent service.
