great service and quality work. very punctual and honest. after a heavy snow and rain, i found out my storm drain leading to the main city line was clogged. this kind of backup could have caused water to pool at my foundation and even flood my basement if not fixed. douglas was able to find the exact spot of the clog, and i chose to dig and expose the pipe myself. once it was ready, douglas came back quickly and took care of replacing the damaged pipe and clearing out a big root-ball that was causing the blockage, all before... read more
