There has been a major problem with the exit button in this facility.Complaints to the manager get nowhere. The manager blames the people that report the problem. The manager will sit in the office and the gate will be closed. When I was unable to exit, and reported it. The manager claimed I "Pushed the botton wrong". He then tried it and it didn't work until about six pushes. I went in on Saturday again, and the exit button didn't work at all.
