Theo was our Service Technician.He called and texted me 30 minutes before arriving.He arrived exactly on time,9:00.He introduced himself and asked me about our house.He got started right away and worked steady from start to finish.He was friendly and answered every question I asked him.Only one minor irritation was hearing the Air Compressor and the House Vacuum running for about 7.5 hours straight.He couldn't close the door shut because of the extension cords he was using in our house.Our kitchen and living room just happen... read more
