Salespeople were very knowledgeable and explained the process. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up along with hanging the blinds. The products do exactly what they say.
They replaced a door that leaks… with a door that leaks worse. I have to call at least once a year and have someone come out to “fix” the problem. It typically takes 5-7 days to get a hold of someone to actually book the appointment. I would honestly rate 0 stars if that’s was an option. Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
From your he initial quote to the install and the follow up appointment the experience with Brookstone has been amazing. Had our new patio door installed in just over a week from the first visit! The quality, lifetime warranty and professionalism are well worth a little extra expense compared to other companies.
