Great salesperson and install team, excellent communication and follow up after installing our new windows. Very professional company.
Took me a bit but I had someone else send me info that I've been looking for. I had this company show up to my house with a sales person claiming telling my wife he was there to fix our back window, that wasn't even broken. Once she said its not broken he insisted on going into our backyard to check for himself. My wife imediently called me to confirm if we had any appointments as to which I said no we dont. We worked with Brookstone when renovating our house. They were amazing, from the sales person to the installation team to the Operations lead. I can not recommend them enough!
I would avoid doing business with this company. Too bad I had to give them one star.
Excellent products and excellent service. I world wholeheartedly recommend everyone if any of you are considering changing windows or doors. After the installation, service team visits house to make sure everything is okay. That's a month after the installation so that's what I call the customer service. After switching to Brookstone windows, it is much quieter and thermometer status much more stable. My front door was custom sized (46 inches) so I was worried about how it will look.
