Just want to say, I have had a very positive experience with the process of having my new windows installed; from when we sat down at the kitchen to discuss replacing 46 year old windows to the completion of the install which just concluded at 5pm today. We were very pleased with our dealings with Brookstone. Doug was a tremendous help while choosing the windows and front door that suits our home. The workers were efficient and meticulously cleaned the work areas. Eduardo followed up and checked to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and that all our issues were looked after. We would highly recommend Nrookstone!
The sales person we spoke with was pleasant and not high-pressure, but the process was painfully overblown. We simply wanted a price on new windows. Instead, they require both partners be present to sit through a 1.5 hour presentation on their company. The next day a local installer came by, measured the window, talked about options and confirmed what we wanted all in 10 minutes. He left a flyer and followed up with an email quote. That's how it should be done.
I had my front and back sliding door installed February 2026. George arrived, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. George was a one man team. Thanks George! The administration team were very helpful and friendly as well. I spoke to a few of the admin staff so thanks to all involved. I must also thank the person I first spoke to at my door and the rep that visited my house to give the details.
