Well, I just have to say, Brookstone has been nothing short of Amazing! They do great work, follow up and always make sure your needs are met. The communication is top notch. In a world where customer service is now lacking, Brookstone does not fall into this category whatsoever. Amazing Amazing Amazing. We had a fantastic experience with the entire Brookestone team that was involved! Brookestone replaced all of the windows in our house and added a sliding glass door. The salesman Dan, was very professional, easy to reach and not pushy. Krista was great to communicate with and very organized. Lastly, the installers Luke and Ben were very skilled, educated and professional. They did a great job!
