During construction, they spilled kerosene on living room floor boards. Let it freeze, which cause the floor to be not level. This caused the flooring they covered the problem with to crack and shift. They challenged the flooring warranty claim(came into my house with builder and contractor and said it was my fault#strongarmed) until I threatened to pay for my own inspection, they found I was right(stronger arm). Cheap materials, cheap labor, and no accountability after you sign. Warranty will be denied until your name becomes Karen and then they will drag their feet so long fixing that the warranty will be expired by the time you realize it is not actually fixed. I promise you do not want them to build your house.
We are very happy with the service provided by Brookstone team led by Ms. Kirsten Dahlstrom. The overall process was smooth and they worked with our agent seamlessly from start to finish. Good attention to detail and care about the customers' needs. Will buy more from them when future funds become available.
Kirsten and here team were absolutely great to work with! I had a bad experience with another builder earlier in the summer, and it was the best thing that happened when Kirsten and Brookstone were brought to my attention. We chose Brookstone to build our new home. We are so glad we did. Kirsten, Miranda and the crew did an excellent job! From design through to the build they were awesome. If we had questions they answered them promptly and efficiently. If we had any issues or concerns they were quick to answer or correct. They were prompt, efficient and delightful to work with.
