Kirsten and here team were absolutely great to work with! I had a bad experience with another builder earlier in the summer, and it was the best thing that happened when Kirsten and Brookstone were brought to my attention. Cheap material assembled by budget 3rd parties. They charge the same price as those that choose quality materials and labor. I have had to redo flooring 3 times(even still there is a soft spot center living room floor causing segments to separate), redo do the siding in multiple areas, large stains one driveway, they didn’t pass state codes on entryway heights and were fixing mistakes post closing, challenged warranty claims on the flooring(When I stated I would pay for my own inspection, I was proven right), took months for... read more
