This place has a lot of problems. They can not keep staff and the staff that is there you can’t count on. They never answer their phones or return calls and that is really hard when you live out of town. It was a great place at first but it has definitely changed for the worse in the last 5 or so years. I do not recommend this place at all.
The have a good mental health worker that listens. Most of the other staff is good too. The people that live here are nice. Food and housekeeping are ok but could be better.
This place likes to fire people even if the reason is medical! No warnings, no talks, just firing without the proper guidlines. So if you want a very short career go for brookstone.
Recently got a job there. first time i had to take my son in to the ER for an overnight stay they fired me. This company is a union and still operating as a right to hire\right to fire. So what they are doing in that aspect is illegal. Wonder what other illegal activities they pull behind close doors? Dont leave your loved ones under their care they clearly cant be trusted
