I read the negative reviews and cannot say nothing because I was not there, I did use David about four years ago and he was awesome……, My building was trying to remove me from a rent stabilized apartment and between myself doing what I had to do and David being the professional we won hands-down. I personally would use David again and M, my next phone call is to David and after reading his reviews, I made it a point to leave one for myself
David is an excellent lawyer he has decades of knowledge and experience you can’t make everyone happy he made me happy thank you David
DO NOT BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! Mr. Brookstone is a high quality and very professional attorney. He handles his cases extremely well and makes sure that you get the right decision in court. I've seen Mr. Brookstone first hand and I can honestly say he is very good at what he does.
Stay as far away from the DAVID BROOKSTONE as possibly can. he’ll gaslight you into a ditch with your own evidence, he does no work , he answers no calls, he’ll lie lie lie to you and the judge and appear in court after he’s fired because he lied to you after I fired him saying that he filed the paperwork saying he’s not my lawyer anymore, this guy is evil... then he’ll take your money work in the interest of the other side ..lose your case and an then wish you luck .. this lawyer will appear as a saint, and then the nightmare begins, wait until trial begins and thats when a random lawyer shows up and without notice and loses your case! all before your eyes!! I think he should give up his career, until he gets treatment! he is impotent as a lawyer!!!
