Horrible service. Like every other Brookstone I have been to, this branch has the trinkets and nifty gadgets etcetera. However, I felt talked down to by the salesman attending me on one occassion. I hardly look my age, but his clear lack of seriousness in helping me as a customer showed a similar lack of professionalism that thereafter reflected badly for this specific store. Still recommended, with the warning of bad employee manners.
Great Gadget Store! My family and I love to come here and browse the goodies. They have the neatest gift items, and many of them on display for you to pick up and try. It also doesnt hurt that they always carry awesome massage chairs to try out after you have walked the Spectrum shopping. This is one of the nicer, newer Brookstone stores.
staff need to handle the problem that they have created I ordered my wife's present from this store. When I came to pick it up. They have told me that the order did not go through. The staff did not bother to inform me that there was a problem with my order. What worst is that the Assistant Managers didn't even say "sorry" to what happened. I will not go back to this store again. EVER! Very poor the way they handle the problem that they have created. Assistant Managers needs training to handle a situation like mine.
