The sales staff is too willing and eager to go off and do their own thing while you're looking at very expensive high-end products not willing to give you very much information and they don't seem to understand what you really need

i went there to return something for just $30 in cash this morning and they told me that they don't have any cash 'cause nobody buy anything yet so, i left it there it was 11am then around 4:20pm i was stuck on the traffic then i called them and they told me they still don't have any cash for return to me and they offer me to bring it back where i bought it (stonetown SF) or they will send me a check in 7-10 days!!
