The car runs well after the timing chains were replaced. The rating is due to NO communication initiated by Bob in the 8 weeks 6 days he had my car on his lot. Drove there 2-3 times a week during posted office hours and in the evengings. Only found anyone there on an occassional evenging. No responce to emails, texts, or voicemails. Took a call from the White Co Sheriff and two weeks later from an attorney to get my car. Then, only way I knew it was complete was because I drove there at 7:30 PM to check on it. Our A/C stopped working on our long road trip from Wisconsin back home to Georgia in the middle of a heat advisory. We are traveling with our two young kids and were melting in the heat. Bob took us right in despite being very busy, recharged our A/C system, and got us back on the road. He even gave us a military discount. Definitely recommend going to this auto shop! He took great care of us.
