Consistency is hard to find, but I've taken my car to Brookston Body Shop for years and the owners, brothers Rob and Will, never disappoint. They give honest estimates, finish the work on time, and treat you like family. They most recently worked on my black Honda Accord, and the finish is absolutely flawless. Plus, getting to see their beautiful dog, Saint, wearing his own custom body shop t-shirt makes every visit even better! After multiple great experiences over the years, I won't go anywhere else. I just picked up my Bronco, and it looks brand new! Took my car to BBS after my accident, these guys did a phenomenal job. Excellent communication and they had the repairs done in no time. I would definitely recommend them 100%.
The shop came recommended and lived up to all expectations. Rob’s customer service was above and beyond, speedy work, fair pricing and the repair is so good, you can’t tell anything was amiss. Highly recommend this Veteran-owned and operated body shop in the Heights! Added before and after pics.
I only had positive experiences with this shop and will go again for any body work to my car
They saved me! They were the only ones who correctly diagnosed what was wrong with my car after no one else could figure it out. They were honest, professional, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them!
