I went to get a haircut there for the first time and was greeted by Malik and he did a awesome job everyone was nice and welcoming in the place I highly recommend going there. I also loved the dog they have wandering around this was by far the best haircut I’ve ever got

Ms. Shawn did an amazing job on my pitiful locs after not being able to get them done during a layoff period between jobs. She was so great, the style lasted quite a while and the shop’s vibes was great. She was really professional and warm and since I just rebooked for my next appointment, it’s safe to say she’s my go-to now. Next time, I’m tipping her double because she deserves it. See you soon!

So glad I found this barbershop after having issues in the past with other loc experts in the city. Ms Shawn put together a great atmosphere, with really dope decor, nice music etc. 3hrs flew right by for my retwist. Thank you so much Ms Shawn

She is not professional at all. Shawn is heavy handed and can not blend properly. She cuts her like she has an attitude with the client. It's a rush job that actually takes to long. The only star I gave is for the shoulder massage at the end. The live session are annoying, and on top of all that she didn't even ask me to film. You want a real deal female barber, Go to Bates Barbershop.
