I am writing this review on behalf of my son and his family, who moved into their brand-new home just three months ago. Unfortunately, their experience with Brookson Builders has been extremely disappointing. Since moving in, they have had nothing but trouble with the air conditioning system. We purchased a new home from Brookson Home Builders just three months ago, and we are already experiencing major issues with the AC system. The unit runs nonstop, our smart thermostat shows it operating 24/7, and our electric bills have skyrocketed. Despite multiple calls to the warranty department and even having Mr. Brookson himself come out to look at the problem, nothing has been taken seriously.
