Very horrible place to be I was on vacation the people are rotten there I met a couple of residents that are very nice however there are a few are rotten maitwnance isn’t nice they have horrible water it’s contaminated you don’t wanna live there other than that it’s a nice place electric is expensive for one month was 600 for a single wide I stayed with a woman she put it in my name I have to pay to catch up the bill
