Roads in the area rough and lot rent was recently drastically increased. Which is oppressing people that are already on a fixed/low income.
There's a lot of places out there that are for sale or that need to be destroyed but they do keep it pretty clean
This place has turned into a nightmare for the tenants. New owners raising lot rents so high no one can afford, there is no management on site, there is no maintenance or work being done on the park to benefit the tenants, bought my home last year and moving it out of this park. Would really recommend doing research of this place before you buy or rent. Ask current tenants of what is going on and ask to speak to someone higher up
