Very expensive rental. Very poorly insulated walls. Gets super cold in winter, costing more money in heating (with very old furnaces), and no sound barrier. We can hear neighbours on both sides of us talking, yelling, and lots of slamming of objects against walls. The managers, who come and go frequently, are so completely useless. The only benefit is the quiet neighbourhood but you spend so much time living uncomfortably with the noise that you never want to be home anyway. Highly not recommended.
