I can very highly recommend this facility. My father is currently a patient and the level of care and concern is outstanding. He likes it as well. I am so happy he has such caring and compassionate people helping him! I mainly deal with Stephen, and I can say he very professional and attentive. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brookside to any family or friends.
Do not send your family here. This is just like being in jail and actually people in jail have more privileges than this place. You do nothing. You sit in your room all day, doing nothing it's a very depressing place
Absolutely nothing except I partially learned to stand. Basically, they left me in bed on my own without any physical therapy. They even had me eat in my room without going to the dining room wouldn’t go back there if you paid me.
Deppressing dark place the CNA's do not open blinds,rooms r dark smells like urine fecius patients don't get walked there's 2corridors up/down patients walk a man who lives there just wanted to go get fresh air with a CNa they told him no how would they like to be in there caged in the CNA's r wonderful some nurses have a bad attitude they shouldn't be working in a nursing home so sad heard a lot bad stuff chairs /table out side run down old doesn't the administrator or director see this why haven't they got grants windows a... read more
