This place was an absolute nightmare for our family. My mother-in-law stayed here, and the level of care she received was beyond disappointing—it was unacceptable. Communication was terrible; we were constantly left in the dark about her condition and care plan. What was most concerning is that they kept her in bed for far too long, especially considering her age and need to stay mobile. I can very highly recommend this facility. My father is currently a patient and the level of care and concern is outstanding. He likes it as well. I am so happy he has such caring and compassionate people helping him! I mainly deal with Stephen, and I can say he very professional and attentive. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brookside to any family or friends.

Do not send your family here. This is just like being in jail and actually people in jail have more privileges than this place. You do nothing. You sit in your room all day, doing nothing it's a very depressing place

Absolutely nothing except I partially learned to stand. Basically, they left me in bed on my own without any physical therapy. They even had me eat in my room without going to the dining room wouldn’t go back there if you paid me.
