Our experience with this condo association has been extremely frustrating and, unfortunately, very disorganized. The owner and I originally listed the condo approximately a year ago. At that time, we completed the required inspection and requested the resale/condo documents. The inspection was completed, but despite our request, we never received the resale packet. The tenants are cool sometimes, the management has been a disappointment every time. 4 companies within 5yrs , and not one company has even attempted to fix any of the concerns or problems that exist. Roaches, Rats, and Cats!!! They're in all the laundry rooms, they will nest in your car if you have any openings. The office is open 2 days a week and they won't see any tenants. There changed the number so they don't have to talk to any tenants. They even went so far as to disconnect the emergency after hours number. STAY FAR ... read more
RUN DON'T WALK!!! The unit is infested. They can't pass inspection. And don't rent from Jane Choi who owns 514 Wilson Bridge Drive A2. She doesn't meet any of her tenants. She's not even a realtor. She will threaten to sue you. She will lie and try to keep your deposit. Its not worth the concerns and the harassment
Team (Juan) did an excellent job on snow removal? The roads were cleaned and good to drive on. I was highly impressed with his performance on this task. He is definitely a five star. I called him about a walkway. They were doing other areas but he sent someone right away to clean the snow away on sidewalks so we could get to the mailboxes and the trash dumpster.
