The management staff Eva S. is very helpful and the service is fast. Very Respectful and punctual.
Elva is the absolute best! She is the maintenance manager. If I submit the check request the night before, she always come first thing the next morning. She listens carefully to what needs attention and fixes immediately. She always does an incredible job at following up if things are not able to get fixed right away and excels at it. When I see her passing through the community, she always says hi and always has great energy. She is the best!
Fixed: Last week the water-damaged materials were removed and today the ceiling was painted. On a Sunday afternoon water started leaking from the fan exhaust vents surrounding the overhead light in our bathroom ceiling. The office was closed and so I called the emergency maintenance number. The agent listened to the issue, said he’d contact a plumber, and that I should expect them to come out that day. I e-mailed the apartment office team about the situation. We went to Brookside Park apartments for a self guided tour, and we had a great experience. Special thanks to Alexus! He was very helpful and friendly welcoming us. Alexus answered all of our questions and provided all the necessary information. We really enjoyed the outside, especially the fountain and pool area.
Something happened to my original review, so here's my recap on my past 4 years at Brookside Park: + The management is responsive and polite, I've never had any issues with the leasing staff. Maintenance is always super responsive and the porters are super friendly. They definitely try to give you the best experience with the property. + The package lockers have been a godsend. I've never had a package stolen in the 4+ years that I've lived here. + The neighborhood is lovely, there is plenty of things within walking distance... read more
