I’ve had a great experience living here! The team is very helpful and always willing to assist with anything I need. The leasing manager Yizzel is especially kind, professional, and attentive. She handles everything very quickly and always makes sure things are taken care of on time. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how responsive the management team is. Highly recommend this community!
Great place to live! The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the location is perfect. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team responds to requests incredibly fast.
They have cut and contine to cut every mature tree possible despite the concerns raised by residents. All this in the name of safety which is not true at all. We don't recommend it, it's not was it used to be.
Been a resident for a while now, and there's a few ups and downs. Here's my recap on 5+ years of making Brookside my home: + The management is responsive and polite, I've never had any issues with the leasing staff. They definitely try to give you the best experience with the property. + The package lockers have been a godsend, and the area itself is relatively safe. Thank you Elva for maintenance requests resolved as soon as possible in a professional and highly efficient manner. Elva is always attentive and focused on fixing the isssue. I really appreciate that I live in the place with such a great maintenance team to take care of any and every thing with the apartment
