I’m incredibly happy with my stay at Brookside Apartments. From the moment we moved in, the entire team has made us feel so welcome and cared for. They pay attention to every little detail, and it truly shows. Thank you Elva for maintenance requests resolved as soon as possible in a professional and highly efficient manner. Thank you Dianna for managing the request and helping to connect with Elva. We enjoy living at the Brookside park. The green garden full of different plants and birds always cheers us up.
We booked an in-person tour, but no one showed up in the leasing office. We took a half-day off for the tour and were just stood up.
The management staff Eva S. is very helpful and the service is fast. Very Respectful and punctual.
Elva is the absolute best! She is the maintenance manager. If I submit the check request the night before, she always come first thing the next morning. She listens carefully to what needs attention and fixes immediately. She always does an incredible job at following up if things are not able to get fixed right away and excels at it. When I see her passing through the community, she always says hi and always has great energy. She is the best!
