Without a doubt, Dr. Hisaka is the best OD I've seen in the many years I've lived in Stockton. He is one of the two best I've seen in the U.S. Dr. Hisaka is caring, competent, and exceptionally thorough in what he does. Pleasent, soft-spoken, and with excellent chair-side manner, Dr. Hisaka's examinations reflect a combination of his professional knowledge, expertise, and concern for the overall health and well-being of his patients. I will continue to recommend to others.
