I would rate this nursing facility as the worst facility ever. The office lady is incompetent, the staff violates the HIPPA Laws, the dietary staff is incompetent and the administrator doesn't even care. If you want your loved ones to pass on real quick putting them in this facility will do it.
Mom was at Brookside, after she failed to progress after a fall. She needed around the clock care. And with all of her other health issues, ended up under hospice care and passed away after a week. All the staff were very good to Mom. All the nurses and CNA's were very professional and took care of her like family. The admin staff were welcoming and answered all our questions. I love Brookside and the staff! My aunt lived there and they took great care of her since I was the only family she had I needed help! They filled that need and more!
I'm only been here 1 week, but everybody is really nice here. Staff always smiles when passing you. Activities director is really personable. Residents for the most part are really friendly. Alot of Residents are non communities. I only left because I needed more physical therapy .
