I'm only been here 1 week, but everybody is really nice here. Staff always smiles when passing you. Activities director is really personable. Residents for the most part are really friendly. Alot of Residents are non communities. I only left because I needed more physical therapy .

I just want to say that the staff of Brookside nursing home to the best of my knowledge took very good care of my father till the very end and then even take time out of their day to come to his service and speak on how wonderful he was in life while spending his last days with them so thank you Brookside nursing staff and others

If I could give negative stars I would. My grandmother was there. Didn’t bathe her for weeks. Then she was taken by ambulance to a hospital because she wasn’t responding and her vitals were very low. She is currently intubated and being kept under with sedation. We’ve been called in because the hospital doesn’t know if she will make it through the day. Come to find out she wasn’t acting right for several days leading up to this and they never called in to have her checked out.
