Overcharged and then they ran my card twice.Crooks should be in jail for credit fraud
Second time renter and Captain Mike did not disapoint, awesome boat, great service and the best deal in Naples. We will see you next year for sure.....Thank You for you hospitality.
Absolutely terrible. Mike is horribly unprofessional, ill tempered, dishonest, and rude. The boat he rented to us was dated and did not function properly. As I walked back to my car I was warned by three separate individuals to cancel my credit card because he is known to run unauthorized, fraudulent charges in addition to the boat rental.
holy moly the BAAAAAAAAAAD reviews. sounds like someone is acting felony. my opinion. the good reviews...well you know who wrote them..........the same person. notice how hes called " captain mike" hes actually about as much of a captain as that KANGAROO guy. just saying the other real captains there all say that. NOT a captain at all. he did tell us he owned the marina..but the other charters said its a federally ceased bankrupt company that another company owns. see, so why lie? weird huh. anyway in MY OPINION STEER CLEAR ... read more
Best boat rental in town! Capt. Mike was very thorough in going over the boat, chart map, and rules of the water ways. Clean and comfortable boats.
