Called to rent a room because AC went out and clerk would not rent me a room because I'm "a local resident " and would not call call management for approval to rent a room. I ask if she would call for approval and the answer was "no" because it was the managers day off . I would not recommend this motel.

I am editing this review because I no longer use this organization due to lack of integrity. In fact, I advise folks to not stay there. They have issues with Security and their staffing. I have had items stolen out of their conference room when I have rented it. The manager says that they will stand behind their word, but never did.
