If you are looking for a nursing home for a loved one, do not even set foot in this one. The people running this place treat family members no better than lepers. Their protocols are not humane for elder patients and teeter on elder abuse. In all actuality one star is not deserved
We were so incredibly blessed to have Brookside recommended to us as my mother’s physical and mental health declined. When we couldn’t care for her with the help of nurses at home and a even standard nursing home couldn’t help we reached out to Brookside and Nancy personally came by and visited with us and my mother. After completing onboarding paperwork we were ready to move. It's a beautiful facility Staff is exceptional. This is a very special place the best I have ever seen
Recently I lost my mom to metastatic breast cancer. I chose to take her to Brookside for her final care plan because I could no longer give her the skilled care she needed to be free from pain and discomfort. I knew right away I made the right decision. Everyone that was involved in Mom's care plan had her best interest in mind, and they demonstrated it daily.
