AC stopped working within 1.5 years. Poor quality work. Subcontractors will go out of business and start business with different name. Stuck with $ 1130.61 dollar bill for AC repair and refrigerant refill. Regret using Brookside Homes.
5+ years and still enjoying our home. But why did Brookside decide to stop building in New York state?
Do not buy a home from this company. Poor quality work and unprofessional. Many mistakes made during construction. Countertops installed incorrectly, wall put in the wrong place, no gravel poured along foundation wall, water leaking in the basement etc.. Constantly having to chase them down to get things corrected. They would schedule appointments and not show up with no notification.
