This place. Felicia is absolutely amazing!;!!! I can't a state away for flowers for my daughter's wedding and would make the drive every time!!!!! Goes well beyond making sure her day was perfect!!!!! No other florist for me she had me at hello!!!!!
Highly recommend. Had a terrible time finding a reputable florist that delivered to Boonville. I called Brookside but there was no answer so I took a chance online. Ordered and paid and then realized I made a mistake in the message. Called back and spoke to the kindest lady who said “I’ve got you honey” and boy did she! I told her we wanted them to be special and they were gorgeous. Thank you so much!
I've always loved Brookside, and everything I've gotten from their shop has been great. Last week my grandma passed away, and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. I went into Brookside and immediately felt at ease, and they gave me the most beautiful flowers. She even gave my dad a stand for flowers on his front porch, which really made his day. My grandma loved flowers, and I wanted to make sure she had the prettiest ones. Brookside made that happen.
A big huge shout out to Lakan!! My mother‘s funeral was yesterday. I ordered her casket spray from Ratledge florist, and nothing was ever mentioned to me about boutonnieres for the pallbearers or the Preacher. I totally forgot to order them when I placed the order because my mind was not very clear at the time. I did not realize it until it was too late. Felicia & staff created beautiful floral arrangements for my Mom's funeral. This was done on a very busy Valentine's Day weekend. They took their time with us and pricing was excellent. Many thanks!
