How this practice is still in business is astonishing. Provider turnover is insane. You make an appointment and by the time that appointment comes around the provider is no longer there, then when you call to reschedule they never call you back until they finally call you only to threaten to cutoff medication due to not seeing the provider every 6 months. This place is a disgrace.
I absolutely love everything about this practice and would recommend them to anyone. Family medicine is so multi-faceted, providers see people of any age, race, gender, ailment and need to know how to treat them. Everything is further complicated by insurance companies and the applicable rules and regulations. Kudos to this team of amazing humans-keep doing what you're doing, you are saving lives everyday!
Watch out for double billed co-pays and rude responses about it from billing.
The only 2 doctors that I have ever trusted were at this practice. One retired, and the other was grossly mistreated by the other office staff. The gross mistreatment of Jamey Renninger has me immediately leaving this practice to follow her to another. She was the only one left at the practice that had ever made me feel safe with my care, and I will accept no less than that. I have been going here for about 2 decades if not longer. I continue to use this location and practice due to the medical experience and genuine care. My entire family uses this practice and we all have had nothing but consistent positive experiences. I will of course continue to use this practice; they are privately owned! That for me is huge.
