I had the pleasure of having a consultation with Dr Ben Smith @ Brookside Family Clinics today. I was easily able to make an appointment over the phone and on arrival I was greeted warmly by reception staff. My appointment was on time and I met Dr Ben Smith who was very down to earth, very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable, not just in his field of expertise but life in general.
