Always a pleasure to visit @ the beltway store. Kerry is the person to see about all your needs. Just wanted to add to this. Had a problem with my tractor not moving. Drove out and talked to Owen and Kerry about the problem. Scheduled to have a tech come out to the farm and evaluate the situation. Technician Andrew changed out a very difficult sensor and tractor will move like it should. Had exactly what I needed I looked all over town and finally that had it as a sticked part
Little man in there needs to watch his manners. I called switching out two belts by first glance when he brought me the new belt They look short then he talk shit like well you should’ve brought me the numbers. I brought him what I could.
Parts department....terrible! Waited 30mins with one person working desk while three other John Deere associates pedaling around store.
